I believe that all children have the capacity to learn and that teachers need to look at the supports and challenges that 51³Ô¹Ïs encounter. Teachers need to work diligently to reduce the obstacles that create the challenges and strengthen the supports that build success. One significant support that even the most challenged 51³Ô¹Ï has is resiliency. Teachers need to help 51³Ô¹Ïs discover their potential and develop a strong self-esteem. Students are our future and we need to make sure they have a passion for protecting humans and our natural resources. Teachers teach children to be thinkers, questioners and problem solvers.
