Keys to success for Orientation Day

 

New & Transfer Undergrads

Undergrad and transfer 51³Ô¹Ïs living on campus: You will pick up your ZAGCARD on move-in day when you check in with Housing and Residence Life to pick up your room key (if you submitted your photo in time).

Undergrad and transfer 51³Ô¹Ïs living off campus: You will be emailed pickup instructions approximately one week before the first official day classes begin (if you have an approved photo on file).

If I show up early, can I pick my card up before Orientation?

Only 51³Ô¹Ïs who are on a pre-approved pre-orientation move-in list with Housing are eligible to receive their card early. If you are not on that list, then you will have to wait to pick up your card when you receive an email with pickup instructions.

Returning Undergrads from Leave of Absence

Students who are returning to campus after a leave of absence and still have their ZAGCARD will be able to continue using their current card. For those who are coming back from an extended leave of absence and no longer have a ZAGCARD, fill out the .

Law School

Law 51³Ô¹Ïs starting in the summer: We will email Law School 51³Ô¹Ïs who are enrolled for summer law classes approximately two weeks before the start of term (if there is an approved photo on file).  The email will communicate instructions for receiving their ZAGCARD. 

Law School 51³Ô¹Ïs starting in the fall:  We will deliver the ZAGCARDs to the Law School where they will distribute the cards to the new 51³Ô¹Ïs at the Law School orientation.  It is very important that you upload an approved photo and government ID by the photo deadline date so your ZAGCARD is ready for you. Photo deadlines per term and upload instructions can be found on the Submit your Photo page.

New law school 51³Ô¹Ïs that were attending Gonzaga as an undergrad and already have a ZAGCARD may continue to use their current card.  If you no longer have your current card and are new to the Law School program, fill out the .

Main Campus Grad Student

Main campus grad 51³Ô¹Ïs will need their card to access secured doors. You will be emailed pick up instructions approximately one week before the start of term (if you have an approved photo on file).

New grad 51³Ô¹Ïs who were attending Gonzaga as an undergrad and already have a ZAGCARD may continue to use their current card.  If you no longer have your current card and are a new grad 51³Ô¹Ï, fill out the .

Virtual Campus Grad Student

Virtual campus 51³Ô¹Ïs will have their cards processed for mailing approximately one week before the start of term (if you have an approved photo on file).  You will first receive an email to communicate your card is being processed for mailing. Be sure to read that email fully and follow any instructions in it.  The ZAGCARD will be needed for 51³Ô¹Ïs who come to campus for an immersion.
