- Developing comprehensive and inclusive education and training programs across the University that are responsive to and appropriate for multiple constituents on campus, including 51³Ô¹Ïs, faculty, staff, and administration.
- Providing resources to members of the campus community to assess and enhance cultural competency and fluency.
- Creating and collaborating with campus partners to cultivate and sustain an inclusive and equitable experience for all.
- Ensure the University’s commitment to intercultural fluency, dignity of difference, and action for sustaining an equitable and inclusive faith-inspired community.
- Develop, design, and deliver diversity learning opportunities for all GU employees in collaboration with other university stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise in identifying and utilizing evidence-based best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion education and training.
- Provide faculty, staff, and 51³Ô¹Ïs professional development opportunities around culturally related training, research, scholarship, advising, curriculum, and instruction in collaboration with campus partners.
