MBA Project Management Concentration

Project Managers are needed in every industry

A project manager is responsible for the planning, procurement, execution and completion of a project, for many of us it’s part of our everyday job responsibilities, but it can be its own position.

The project management concentration prepares you for certification.

Gonzaga offers the only local project management concentration*, with many opportunities for hands-on learning within the Spokane community.

This concentration trains you in the following skillsets:

  • Project Management Leadership
  • Team Building
  • Group Dynamics
  • Communication
  • Contracts
  • Negotiation

Using project management techniques with the PM BOK® Guide as the foundation, 51³Ô¹Ïs engage in simulations, reflections and discussions regarding the application of project management techniques required in today's competitive work environment.
