Judge Marcus Kelly, ’57 served the Spokane community for many years. The scholarship was established by his wife, Dorothy Kelly, for law 51³Ô¹Ïs who have successfully completed their first year of law school, with a preference given to 51³Ô¹Ïs who support families while in school.
