Financing Options

Assistantships

Our Counseling programs offer graduate assistantships, and each program track determines the criteria and recipients for each offer. You will be able to apply for an assistantship directly through the department during the interview portion of the application process.

Scholarships

Loans

Graduate loans are not based on income, and can help to finance both your education and living expenses. Borrowing options typically are divided into two categories: federal 51勛圖 loans and private, alternative loans.

Payment Plans

Gonzaga University offers payment plans to assist you in financing your education. Typical options offered by Student Accounts include paying your balance in full each semester or paying your balance in monthly installments to make your payments more manageable.

Outside Avenues

These may exist through community organizations. Check with service organizations like the Knights of Columbus, Rotary Club, and Elks Club. Other possible sponsors include employers, parent/spouse employers, trade associations, banks, credit unions, corporations, schools, and churches.

Loan Forgiveness Options

Depending on the route your career takes you, loan forgiveness programs may become an opportunity. Your federal loans may qualify through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (more info at ). Also, your future employer may offer this opportunity.

Our Admissions Counselors can talk with you about the various ways to fund your education.
